a credit card or debit card are subject to and will be

DEPOSIT POLICY |

Deposits are required and must be received within 7 days
from the date a reservation is made. Deposit amounts are
based on length of stay ( 1 to 3 nights: 1 night rate )
( 4 to 7 nights: 2 nights rate ) ( 8 or more nights 3
nights rate. |

LARGE GROUPS DEPOSIT POLICY |

3 or more units: 1/3 of total within 7 days from the
date reservation is made, 1/3 of total 30 days prior to
arrival.

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY |
Rock View Resort
depends largely on advance reservations which makes
CANCELLATIONS quite
costly. Therefore all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
unless cancellation is made at least 21
days prior to reservation arrival, AND the entire
reservation is filled. Any reservation cancelled
after the 21 day deadline or not filled
WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

FOR THE ENTIRE TIME RESERVED & CONFIRMED IN UNITS:
Those arriving later or leaving earlier than dates
reserved & confirmed WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT OR
REFUND. This also applies to the the reservation &
confirmation of boat slips.

ANY & ALL PAYMENTS MADE
WITH A NSF CHECK WILL INCUR A $25.00 PROCESSING FEE.
ALSO ANY NSF CHECK NOT CLEARED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS
WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE TANEY COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S
OFFICE SO THAT THEFT OF SERVICES CHARGES CAN BE FILED. |
